The Cycle
...

The Cycle is a sacred, repeating pattern of ideas, gods, and forms of worship.

No one god, year, or set of ideas in the cycle is more important or powerful than another. The Cycle contains five[1] gods, and their positions relate to one another in a circular manner, with the closest gods being harmonious and the gods furthest from another being discordant or opposing. The "end" of the Cycle five, loops back to the "beginning" of the Cycle, one.

Every year is ruled and influenced by a god. While any god can be worshipped regardless of the year, the primary god of the year is to be prioritized.

  1. Creation - Yahoe
  2. Resources - Akonu
  3. Connections - Lesiyaka
  4. The Void - Gohea
  5. Destruction - Ragoke

  1. A form of Kesei mysticism only taught to the most dedicated of devotees teaches the vague idea of a "zero god" existing outside the cycle. Knowledge of this god is agreed to be a cognito-hazard, and knowledge of it is kept from the public in fear of awakening the dormant god. For more information, Visit Asaya.↩︎
